Kreinik Heavy #32 Braid is a high quality metallic thread used in needlepoint. And other hand stitching projects. This is their thickest Braid, a round thread approximately 1.5mm in diameter. Available in basic metallic colors plus glow in the dark (F), and Hi Lustre (HL).


  • 5 meter spools (approximately 5.5 yards)
  • Twice as thick as #24 braid Kreinik, please note this thread is not divisible.
  • The numbering system is number plus sometimes letters, here's what the letters mean (for example 002, 002HL are all different numbers, close but not the same)
  • "HL" stands for Hi Lustre colors
  • "F" stands for Glow in the dark colors
