This mini skein bundle was offered only as a limited edition collaboration between Oink Pigments, Knit One Crochet Too, Anzula Luxury Yarns, Lorna’s Laces, & Sweet Georgia Yarns. Each company includes one 25g mini sock or fingering skein measuring approximately 100 yards of their sock yarn. The fiber content is primarily (75%+) merino wool for each of these sock yarns, with some nylon for added durability.
You can knit the complete Vegas Nights shawl as shown with 1 kit, it's intermediate difficulty. You will also need a 24" or longer US 6" circular knitting needles which are not included.
