We don't know the colors either, all we can tell you is according to Emma…. this year’s set coordinates great with the Emma's colors "After Dark" and "Grayscale". This years colors are very different than years past, and there should be no concern over getting the same colors again. And once these sets are gone they will not be dyed again.


  • Each Emma's Yarn Smalliday 2024 Set includes:
  • 24 unique, individually packaged and numbered “Smalls”, small balls of yarn. All colors are new and were developed for this set!
  • Love + Leche “Sweet Sheep” Lotion Bar in a NEW custom, wintery scent
  • A super cute set of Birdie Parker stitch markers
  • Scannable QR code insert with knit and crochet pattern suggestions that will work perfectly for the colors Emmas developed.
  • A Hand-Dyed reusable “Emma’s Yarn” logo cotton project bag, ethically sourced from Work + Shelter, color is determined by the yarn base you choose.


  • What can you make? There are 2 yarn bases to choose from:
  • Practically Perfect Sock Smalls are made of 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon with approximately 1,944 total yards of yarn in the set.
  • Simply Spectacular DK Smalls are made of 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon with approximately 1,200 total yards of yarn in the set.
  • There are tons of patterns out there written for 24 mini-skein sets! The scannable QR code insert will list a few patterns (both knit and crochet) that are available for separate purchase and will make perfect Smalliday projects.
  • Laura Dobratz, designed “Flora Daze” for the Smalliday Set, which is beautiful! Laura Nelkin previously designed two great patterns for the Smalliday Sets, “Da Luxe”, "Da Luxe Blanket" and "Da Light (Shawl)" “Da Light Scarf”
  • If you like to get a solid color of Emma's Yarn to go with your multi colored set Emma's recommends "After Dark" or "Grayscale".
