Beginning Rug Hooking Class
Please join rug hooking instructor, Katie Puckett, for an introductory class in traditional rug hooking on Thursday, April 3rd from 5 P.M. through 8 P.M. You'll learn the technique on a 5x8 inch mat printed on linen and hooked with 100% hand dyed wool strips. There are many designs to choose from displayed in the store and in the following pictures; please let us know which design you would like Katie to bring materials for. The cost is $60 for the canvas, pre-cut wool, hook and instruction. Please bring a sturdy 10-14 inch quilting hoop (or they are available for purchase at A Stitch in Time) and a small sharp pair of embroidery scissors.
