Castle Scarf Class
What: Learn to knit this fun 60" by 12" scarf in one of our classes.
When: February 18th from 1:00 - 4:00
How Much: The class will be $35 (Not including supplies).
What do you need to know: Only basic knitting knowledge is required. So if you know how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off you are ready to go.
Materials for the class: You will need approximately 500 yards of yarn with a stitch count of about 3-4 stitches to the inch (gauge is not super important). 1 Set of knitting needles appropriate for your yarn. Knitting tool kit (crochet hook, darning needle, stitch markers, ect.) recommended but optional.
Good yarns you can use: You could make this out of a very colorful yarn like Crystal Palace Mochi Plus or a more classic yarn like Berroco Vintage Chunky or something with texture like Rowan Summer Tweed or Araucania Aysen would make a lovely scarf. We have all these yarns (and a whole lot more that would work) available in our store. We will gladly help you find something you like. Please arrive a few minutes early if you need help selecting materials.
